Dana Marc Beaulieu,
Chef/Owner

Dana is a Woodstock resident and has been working in kitchens exclusively since the age of 15. He has cooked and managed at several locations from Massachusetts, North Carolina and now here in Georgia ranging from high-end fine dining, business and industry dining, college food service to beer halls. When he is not in the kitchen Main & Mill Public Dana can be found baking naturally leavened breads at his bakery The sourdough cellar. In his free time Dana loves to be home with his wife and kids(and cats!)


Mindy Chavarría,
Market Manager

Mindy Chavarría worked as the Community Leader at Maple Street Woodstock before joining the Main & Mill Public Woodstock team. She has been in the hospitality field for several years, working in the kitchen and creating great guest experiences. “I have a firm conviction that food should always be an incredible experience and that is what we aim to create for everyone that comes through our doorsMindy has many hobbies that she would like to pursue more, such as photography, gardening, crocheting, traveling, but she always make her way back to food. She is continuously trying her hand at a new recipe and getting friends and family to try them out!
